I was a little leary when I read other reviews, however, I had absolutely no problems. I had everyones phone numbers, pick up driver, long haul driver, and company's numbers. I called frequently and the phones were always answered. Jeep got to Fla as stated in perfect condition. My pick up driver called me at work and we met for the pick up and the jeep was dropped at my son's work. Would do it again.
